About Us

For over 40 years, the Arizona Senior Citizens Law Project has served the Maricopa County community. We are funded through a grant from the area Agency on Aging and through private donations. We are recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) taxexempt non-profit organization, and by the Arizona Department of Revenue as a Qualified Charitable Organization.

Our mission at the Arizona Senior Citizens Law Project is to provide free legal services to senior citizens in Maricopa County, Arizona, with a commitment to ensuring that every senior has equal access to justice.

We are privileged to have been able to represent thousands of senior citizens. During the course of this service, we have helped seniors with an incredible array of legal issues in a wide-variety of forums.
