In Memory of Timothy Pascal Goddard
For more than 25 years, Tim Goddard served as the Executive Director of the Arizona Senior Citizens Law Project, dedicating his career to protecting the rights and interests of seniors who could not otherwise afford legal representation. In 2015, his advocacy was recognized nationally when he received the American Bar Association’s John H. Pickering Achievement Award, honoring his dedication to pro bono service and equal justice for all.
Tim was a tireless advocate who took on difficult cases and pursued them with determination, always striving for a just outcome. He had a remarkable memory, a deep command of case law, and an unwavering compassion for the people he served. Those qualities made him an extraordinary resource for the Law Project and a trusted ally for countless seniors in need.
His passing is deeply felt by each of us who had the privilege of knowing him and the honor of working alongside him. Beyond his accomplishments, Tim will be remembered for the care he showed to others and for the lasting difference he made in their lives.
